History

April 2020

  • An addendum was signed with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for the programs implemented according to the protocol signed in March 2020 under the scope of the Economic Stability Shield Package. This was followed by making revisions in the guarantee protocols with the program partner banks in line with the cap increases and revisions made in the implementation principles. The TOBB Breath Loan Protocol was signed between TOBB-KGF-Denizbank on April 27, 2020.

    • March 2020

  • The "Decision on Making a Revision in the Decision regarding Treasury Support Provided to Loan Guarantee Institutions" dated March 29, 2020 and numbered 2020/2325 was published in the Official Gazette dated March 30, 2020. A protocol was signed with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for the Treasury support for the programs covered under the Economic Stability Shield Package. The guarantee protocols were then signed with the partner banks.

  • On 20.02.2020, an addendum was signed with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for the "Ekonomi Değer" Loan Protocol under the scope of the Unified Protocol, and the required revisions were made to the guarantee protocol with the Banks under the scope of the program.

  • On 07.01.2020, an addendum was signed with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for the "Ekonomi Değer" Loan program under the scope of the Unified Protocol, and the required revisions were made to the guarantee protocol with the Banks under the scope of the program.

    • December 2019

  • On 24.12.2019, an addendum was signed with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for the "Ekonomi Değer" Loan Protocol under the scope of the Unified Protocol, and the required revisions were made to the guarantee protocol with the Banks under the scope of the program.

    • September 2019

  • On 27.09.2019, after signing an addendum with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for the "Ekonomi Değer" Loan program under the scope of the Unified Protocol, the required revisions were made to the guarantee protocol with the Banks under the scope of the program. (The term of use for the "Ekonomi Değer" Loan program was extended until the end of 2019.)

    • August 2019

  • On 26.08.2019, a revision was made in the SME Value II and "Ekonomi Değer" Loan programs under the scope of the Unified Protocol with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. An addendum was signed with the banks under the program's scope regarding the relevant revision. (The guarantee amounts provided by the Ministry have been revised, and the 20 Billion TL guarantee cap under the SME Value II program was closed for new applications as of 21.06.2019.)

    • July 2019

  • On 12.07.2019, a revision was made in the "Ekonomi Değer" Loan under the scope of the Unified Protocol with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. An addendum was signed with the banks under the program's scope regarding the relevant revision. (The guarantee cap rates for SME and non-SME beneficiary groups were revised.)

  • 20.06.2019 The Signature of Protocol Amendment related to 20 Billion TL Ekonomi Deger between Credit Guarantee Fund and Treasury and Annex-7 added.
    30.05.2019 The Signature of the Protocol between KGF A.S. and Treasury related to previously signed 200 Billion TL, 52,5 Billion TL, 32,5 Billion TL and 20 Billion TL KOBI Deger 1 and 20 Billion TL KOBI Deger 2 projects have been unified within a single Protocol.

  • 30.05.2019 The Signature of the Protocol between KGF A.S. and Treasury related to previously signed 200 Billion TL, 52,5 Billion TL, 32,5 Billion TL and 20 Billion TL KOBI Deger 1 and 20 Billion TL KOBI Deger 2 projects have been unified within a single Protocol.
